Carlos was beyond excellent! Not only was his tour fascinating, he went above and beyond, giving us great recommendations for things to see and places to eat in Madrid, and even on our next stop in Barcelona. A fantastic introduction to the city -- I only wish we had more time with Carlos. He has such a passion for Madrid and wanted to make sure we not only had a great time with him, but for our stay through Madrid with lots of recommendations. My wife and I were thrilled we decided to book this tour.
