What a marvelous experience that was. Your tours, as you know, are not the cheapest but they are nevertheless real value for money if what one wants is a proper discussion about the issues. Chiara certainly provided us with a comprehensive and insightful view of the complexities of the iconography of the Doge’s apartments in a manner which showed that she clearly understood the complex connections between the history and decorative art art of the period. I have no hesitation in recommending this tour to anyone. Everything worked well and we seemed to be into the Palace before a large build up of crowds.

Context is more expensive than other tour groups, but it is well worth it due to the small group size and the docent. She was excellent - informative and friendly, and it was obvious that she had a real interest in this subject and was not just memorizing a script.

Chiara was a fount of information. She spoke clearly and made sure everyone in the group was able to hear her. She navigated the streets masterfully, keeping us clear of crowds as often as possible. The connection of some of what we saw to the theme of the walk was not always clear but we did see a number of sites that one would not usually see (e.g. the Armenian quarter). 6/6 Score - They definitely loved their walk! Thanks. Do you think there needs to be something adjusted in the itinerary to make the "theme" more coherent? Maybe this was a one-off experience. Anyway, they gave you a reallly review! Thanks, Megan
