there was good communication with context before & during our trip re confirming the tour and how to get in touch if necessary. Chiara was a super guide, fun, knowledgeable and patient with the kids' needs. also helpful with restaurants and other sights for the rest of our trip.
My nephew and I would have missed very important Venice art if we had not signed up for this tour. This was the second of twelve Italy tours.
