Fiona was fantastic! Her detailed and extensive knowledge and pleasant personality made the 3 hour private tour we had go by far too quickly. Fiona went above and beyond the call of duty to help research the ancestry of one of my wife’s great-great - grandparents, who turned out to have worked as ‘The Keeper of the Jewels’ of the Tower in the early 1920’s.
