Ingrid was super, very knowledgeable. Very easy to communicate with. Sometimes it was crowded and a bit difficult to hear, but I’m not sure you could do anything about that unless you could have a special early entrance.
The tour was exactly what my mother and I were looking for. Ingrid was so knowledgeable without being professorial. She was a joy to walk around with and really gave us the feel of Vienna. There is nothing to improve, really. I have taken many Context tours and have been very pleased by all. Keep up the good work!
