William Jordan taught us what we didn’t know about what we didn’t know about D-Day, from Rommel’s devilish gun placement strategy on Omaha Beach, to the apple Orchard where the Germans repositioned their guns from Pointe du Hoc and trained them upon Utah Beach. You will find yourself wishing you could bottle his thoughts for all time.

William (and driver Paul) were amazing. William is so smart and engaged. He made the trip really special. I especially enjoyed his taking us into a field to see where the German concrete bunkers were and showing us pictures of them shooting at the Allied troops. Made what happened come alive. I would choose William as our guide every time!

Professor William Jordan was an extraordinary resource and guide. His intimate command of the D-Day history was of GREAT benefit to us. And his professional approach to planning the tour and delivering information efficiently made the day a tremendously valuable use of time. Last, we enjoyed very much his personable manner. "5 stars +" for Professor Jordan.
